Your home is the biggest purchase you are likely to make and it should be a happy memorable time, so having peace of mind that all areas of your new home are up to the standard upon exchange of contracts before completion will allow you to move in and enjoy your new home.
We also offer a defect report prior to the two year anniversary of you being in your home. This will give you the opportunity to highlight any issues and get things actioned quickly and effectively
After the anniversary it is not your developers responsibility to put thing right, it is then up to the warranty provider which could take months to resolve.
