A weekly clean, which includes mopping, vacuuming, rubbish removal, dusting and a general tidy of all communal areas.
Daily Visits
Our cleaning team will visit your development daily and walk the communal areas. This is when they will handle any issues or additional rubbish that they notice.
Director Audits
Our director carries out weekly audits, offering a personal touch and encouraging resident engagement.
Maintenance

We also have our own in-house maintenance team that can visit your development for a general check and report any issues.
We believe in pro-active site maintenance with a difference and oversee the daily operations of the building.
This includes liaising with contractors and service providers (cleaning, waste disposal, security), regular site visits and compliance checks.
