This involves ensuring legal documents are prepared promptly, surveys are scheduled and completed and deadlines are monitored and managed. We are essentially the project managers of your property purchase- chasing paperwork, solving problems and helping your sale get over the line promptly and stress-free.
Beyond the sale: How Nurtured Homes redefines apartment aftercare.
We believe that great service doesn’t stop at “sold” which is why we act as the first point of contact for any issues and defects. We continue to work closely with our clients following the sale to provide aftercare with a two-year warranty service and ensure that homeowners and tenants feel supported long after they’ve received the keys. For buyers this means constant peace of mind – no calls to contractors, no forgotten emails and no unresolved issues.

Nurtured Homes has helped this build come to life by snagging apartments, assisting with sales and beautifully furnishing completed plots. There are luxury one-bed and two-bed apartments available meaning there is something for everyone. Nurtured Homes is proud to be a part of Fountain Lofts and to be able to
witness current tenants enjoy living there. Our friendly staff pay regular visits to the site and speak to tenants in communal areas to discuss how they are settling in. If they have any queries or issues they can discuss these or use the defect report form available to them.
Many apartments in Fountain Lofts have also been fully furnished by Nurtured Homes to turn the

We meet many people from different areas of property management and liaise with them daily. A letting
agent was recently given a tour of the development ahead of sale completions and reported that, “the

So what’s next for Nurtured Homes? From working closely with developers throughout the west Midlands, we have found that a lot of our time is taken up by liaising with block management companies who cannot deliver on the promises they make! This is why Nurtured Homes is now venturing into bespoke block management services.
So what makes us different? We have a pro-active attitude to site maintenance, building rapport with owners and agents, and managing your building effectively. We act as the point of contact for all areas, hold weekly meetings to discuss current issues and next steps, and we have our own in-house trade teams to quickly and effectively fix any issues or defects that arise. Plus weekly site visits from the property manager, continuing the personal, caring touch that we as a company pride ourselves on. We provide what all homeowners and developers search for; support, clarity and care.
